    I work in HH.

    I didn't work at BP, my buddy who was a fitter did.

    As with all union jobs there is some politics and bureaucracy to deal with... aka lots of it is who you know... Especially when you are new. The senior guys are always going to work first, or so it seems.

    I dunno what the real story is. Maybe he was a terrible worker or some shit. When BP was cranking he was working tons of OT and working every hour they asked of him so he seemed dedicated to me and if someone was that bad you wouldn't think they would offer him OT.

    I'm just a banker so this will remain another one of life's great mysteries!
